Strictly abide by and implement national industry standards to organize design and production.

(2) Arrange the production process scientifically, control the quality of each process, so that all employees operate in accordance with the process regulations and inspection standards.

(3) Design, production and inspection shall be carried out by qualified personnel. The parameters of special processes such as welding and pouring are monitored.

(4) The internal fittings and auxiliary materials are manufactured by national famous manufacturers, and strict warehousing inspection and warehousing verification are carried out according to regulations to ensure product quality.

(5) Correction and maintenance of inspection and production equipment according to regulations to ensure its process capability.

Parametric design is a subject put forward by CAD technology in practical application. It not only enables the CAD system to have interactive drawing function, but also has the function of automatic drawing. At present, it is an important and further research topic in the field of CAD technology application.

In the design process, the structure of some design objects is relatively stereotyped (that is, the topological relationship remains unchanged), but their size is due to different values in different specifications of products.

1) R&D and design capability

Our company has gathered many kinds of technicians in designing and manufacturing. We have organized many technicians in designing and manufacturing process to study, and improved the knowledge structure and design concept of technicians.

At present, there are 5 senior technicians and 15 intermediate technicians. From the composition of technicians, they have strong product research, development and design capabilities.

2) Means of Technological Development

At present, in the research, development and design of products, our company has adopted advanced design methods, established its own scientific and technological information network system, and has advanced hardware equipment of various kinds of analysis, calculation and design software.
