Product life and quality commitment

The quality guarantee period of our tendered products is three years. (Guarantee period according to tender announcement) The contract goods have been correctly installed, operated and maintained, and any quality problems have occurred within three years. Our company guarantees repair, replacement and refund! It runs well in its life period. We promise that the life of the contract goods will not be less than XX years (according to the requirements of the tender) to respond.

Service Commitment and Relevant Guarantee Measures during and after the Warranty Period

1. Guarantee that the products provided meet the requirements of the supply and demand contract; send people to the site for technical service according to the time required by the demander, and guide the demander to install and adjust according to the technical data and drawings of the supplier;

2. During the trial run period, our after-sales department will have a special person to track the quality of products. In case of problems, we will repair, inspect and replace the products free of charge within 48 days. Maintenance beyond the warranty period only charges material fees and carries out lifelong maintenance of products.

3. Strictly implement the minutes or signed agreements of the meetings of suppliers and demanders on relevant issues;

4. Strengthen pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale services, and implement "24-hour service", "efficient service", "whole process service" and "lifelong service" in the whole process of product manufacturing, installation, commissioning and maintenance.

5. After receiving the quality questions, reply within 4 hours or send after-sales service personnel to the scene, so that users are not satisfied with the quality and service does not stop;

6. Satisfy the requirement of spare parts of the demander at any time.

7. In any case, our company will never make trouble to the demander for any reason.

8. This undertaking is an integral part of the contract and has the same legal effect as the contract.

9. The quality assurance period of the contract goods is 36 months after the acceptance and delivery of the contract goods. If the quality assurance period stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, government regulations or normative documents and national or industrial standards exceeds the stipulated time limit, the longer term shall prevail.
