Slide the seat belt over your arms and shoulders. Ensure that all webbing is free from tangles and is free to hang. The shoulder straps must be vertical and not close to the center of the body.
Step 1: Check your seat belt
Hold the D-ring of the seat belt back pad to ensure that the ribbon is not twisted together.
Step 2: Start wearing seat belts
Slide the seat belt over your arms to your shoulders. Ensure that all ribbons are free to hang without tangling. Shoulder straps must be vertical and not close to the center of the body.
Step 3: Leg ribbon
Grasp the leg straps and connect them to the buckles on the ribbons on both sides of the hips. Put the extra length of ribbon into the adjusting ring.
Step 4: Chest ribbon
The chest straps are connected together by a sleeve buckle. The chest strap must be 15 centimeters below the shoulder. The excess length of the ribbon is inserted into the adjusting ring.
Step 5: Adjust the seat belt
Shoulder: Adjust the whole body ribbon from the shoulder to ensure that the height of the leg ribbon is just below the buttocks and the D-ring of the back is between the scapulae.
Chest: The ribbon should be crossed in the middle of the chest and about three fingers wide from the bottom of the sternum.
Legs: Then adjust the legs ribbon, try to do one leg forward stretch and half squat, adjust the use of both legs ribbon length is the same.
