2. In order to avoid the insulated ladder turning backward, the angle between the ladder floor and the ground should not be less than 80 degrees; in order to avoid the ladder sliding backward, the angle between the ladder and the ground should not be less than 60 degrees.
3. When using the ladder, one person works on it, one person holds the ladder down, two people are not allowed to climb the ladder, and no one is allowed to take people to move the ladder.
